A PAIR OF LOMBARDIC GOLD AND PEARL PENDANT EARRINGS, the tapering hoop with a ribbed collar and beaded decoration at the front, the attached hemispherical front of which is decorated with concentric bands of beaded wire, wavy ribbon and granulation around a central pearl, the reverse with openwork scrolls, 7th Century A.D.
