A ROMAN BRONZE AND ENAMELLED ORNAMENT, of cruciform shape, with central raised square inlaid with a blue enamel four-petalled flower, surrounded by a border of blue triangles on a red background, two opposing arms of the cross decorated with blue scrolls on a red background, the other arms each with a pair of leaves decorated with blue and red chequerboard inlays, remains of four pointed tangs for attachment on the reverse, 1st-2nd Century A.D.
