A PAIR OF DANISH TWO-LIGHT SILVER CANDELABRA
Designed by Johan Rohde, maker's mark of Georg Jensen Silversmithy, no. 481 A, circa 1925-1932
Each with softly hammered finish, the rising circular base supporting ball applied and stepped knop, issuing openwork frond and knurled scroll spreading cylindrical stem, enclosing beaded cluster, above with hoops and stylized bud finial, flanked by two scrolling branches with part stiff-leaf and faceted nozzles, with broadly scalloped everted fixed wax-pan--12in. (30.4cm.) high, 63oz. (2)
