Town of Santa Cruz, Teneriffe; Sea-Leopards at Deception Island New South Shetland; View of H.M. Observatory near Cape Town; George Town or The Garrison at Ascension; four studies at St Helena; and seven others, six of the watercolours with the stamp of Hydrographical Office, 9 July 1831 (15)

The voyage was commissioned by the Admiralty to investigate scientific problems in the fields of navigation, meteorology and oceanography. Surgeon William Henry Bagley Webster R.N.'s Narrative of the voyage (including six engraved plates) was published in 1834
