20 were produced, consisting of one sheet from Plate 1; all were typewritten carbon copies in blue. 9 unused examples, including one in the Royal collection, and 4 used examples consisting of one used on piece and three used on covers (one of which is in the National Postal Museum) have been recorded. No multiple has been recorded.
