72 were produced, consisting of three sheets of twenty-four from Plate 6. All were typewritten carbon copies in black. 13 unused examples, including a pair and a strip of three, and 3 used singles, one of which is uncancelled on cover (lot 40), have been recorded. 30 remainders were destroyed and some of these may have been top impressions.
