(Die I) strips of four (2) cancelled by three strikes of the "BUSHIRE/308" duplex with "INSUFFICIENT" and boxed "BUSHIRE/P.O./BEG/ANNA" h.s. adjacent, the front which is folded for presentation purposes, has the addressee's name inked-out and is rather ragged in places. A very rare usage of Indian Official stamps in Persia. Photo
