Note: According to Robert M. Gibbs in "G.R.I.", when one of the sheets was overprinted the impressions were so low that the word "Occupation" was cut through by the perforations. The printer attempted to correct this error by removing the "TOGO" and Anglo-French portion of the overprint setting and printing the word "Occupation" a second time above the first impression.
