Comprising six cut-glass oblong boxes, four cylindrical jars and two bottles, each with silver-gilt cover applied with a monogram, the hinged fall front containing various silver-gilt and gilt metal implements inlcuding a double ended medicine spoon, a propelling pencil, four pairs of scissors and manicure items etc., the central tray with detachable clock within horseshoe frame, the hinged cover with dressing table mirror, hand mirror and ivory shoe horn, the coromandle wood case with fitted interior and hinged trays, marked on covers and spoon, the lock plate engraved F. West 1 St. James's Street, W, - 14½in. (37cm.) wide
