Including portraits of a vegetable-seller, 'street Amazake-seller', flower seller and others by Kusakabe, an umbrella-maker, shoe-maker, farmers, rice cleaners and pounders; portraits of Japanese men and women; and a portrait of a Japanese man singing in top hat and tails by Stillfried.
