This lot is closely related to a pair of five-light wall-lights delivered to the Petit Trianon at Versailles by Galle on 31 July 1810 (D. Ledoux-Lebard, Versailles, Le Petit Trianon, Paris, 1989, p. 122) and to two sets were delivered by Thomire-Duterme et Cie. to the Château de Fontainebleau in 1810 (Catalogue des Collections de Mobilier, Musée National du Château de Fontainebleau, 1989, vol. I, PP. 145 and 149)
