An Unusual 24-Bore D.B. Flintlock Carriage Pistol

With separate swamped russet barrels each engraved with a band of acanthus foliage at the rear and stamped with Irish registration number within the engraved loop on the top flat of each breech, engraved grooved tang, signed border engraved locks each lightly engraved with foliage (cocks cracked, the right one associated), figured walnut full stock (minor chips and bruising), engraved brass mounts including trigger-guard with first pattern acorn finial, spurred pommel engraved with martial trophies, and large cast and chased rococo escutcheon, and original horn-tipped ramrod with worm (iron parts with some surface pitting), Birmingham proof marks
