Rectangular upright box of oblong section, the domed cover centred by a flower basket chased in four-colour gold on a polished ground, the front, rear, left and right hand sides decorated with oval medallions chased with flower vases and baskets on a frosted ground, within reeded borders, the sides chased with sections of flowersprays, the frosted gold mounts chased with laurel wreaths tied with twisted ribbons, diamond-set pushpiece
