Gilt and painted in colours, after models by Johann Joachim Kaendler and Peter Reinicke (circa 1750), Bacchus wearing a pelt, seated on a barrel raising a goblet, flanked by a maiden and three putti; one filling a bottle and one seated on a goat, on shaped rocaille scroll base (minute chips to leaves)
