The projecting molded cornice above a domed glazed door flanked by engaged columns and revealing a brass and steel clock face, signed illegibly and with a later applied medallion engraved Tempus Fugit flanked by later spandrels over a circular Roman numeral dial with a second hand dial and date window above a rectangular case with a domed door and plinth base decorated throughout with Chinoiserie vignettes, restorations
