The anthemia and scrolling acanthus-cast octagonal case with similarly cast sides and urn finial, the enamelled dial with Roman chapters around a central roundel cast in relief with putti, the reverse with speed control, engraved with 15 DAY MOVEMENT over an acanthus-cast roundel and twin-train movement, further engraved with EDW. F. CALDWELL & CO./NEW YORK, supported by opposing 'C'-scrolls flanking a shell, on a rectangular anthemia-cast plinth and toupie feet
