A SHIRVAN KELLEH, the shaded charcoal-grey and indigo field scattered with animals, birds, jewellery and flowerheads around a string of blood-red, ivory and light blue gabled medallions containing similar motifs and angular panels divided by pairs of confronted birds with serrated tails, in a fox-brown border of polychrome angular serrated panels between shaded blue and ivory hooked motifs, barber-pole and reciprocal skittle-pattern stripes, outer stripe with occasional animals and dated 1313 (1895-6 AD) (very slight wear and colour run)
