Type: 4:160G (headlines), 5:82G (text). 20-line initial in intertwining red and blue with decoration in green and penwork, 3-5-line initials alternating in red and blue, paragraph marks and capital strokes in red. (First leaf of tabula soiled, small wormholes in first and final quires touching a few letters, light marginal dampstain in final quires, fo.32/1 lightly browned.) Nineteenth-century vellum over pastepaper boards.

FIRST EDITION. One of the first great theologians of the 13th century, Alexander was able to incorporate not only the corpus of Aristotelian philosophy, but also the newly available work of Arab commentators.
