Collation: I8 II10 a-z8 8 A-O8 P10 (I1 blank, I2r register, I7r chapter summaries, a1 blank, a2 title list, a3r text, P10r colophon, P10v blank). 339 (of 340, without blank I1) leaves, without parts I and II. 61 lines and headline, double column. Type: 9:165G (headlines and headings), 83G (text), printed guide-letters. 18-line initial on a3 in intertwining red and blue, 3- to 4-line initials and paragraph marks in red, initials in the tables alternating in red and blue. (Some staining and soiling, section pasted over lower margin of first leaf, some hinges reinforced in first quires.) Contemporary calf over wooden boards, blindstamped, (missing 2 fore-edge catches, rebacked in calf); an Ulm binding by the "Evangelisten" bindery, Schwenke-Sammlung Adler 422, Greif 23. Provenance: some early marginal annotations; Pro loco conuentus Ossiecznensis ad Sanctum Valentinum Patribus Reformatis, note of entering into the catalogue under Jacobus Zernilus in 1591, and inscription assigning it to parish church of Lubinensis as well as for the use of the tutor of novitiates of the monastery.
