Woodcut title surround, woodcut portrait on verso of D4, large woodcut arms of ?Cologne on verso of final leaf. (r2 somewhat stained, repaired tear in blank margin of final leaf.) Contemporary blind-stamped vellum over bevelled wooden boards (clasps lacking, spine chipped at foot). FIRST EDITION. Provenance: Monastery at Baumberg (inscription).
