Tasting note: beautiful, bright medium-pale gold; soft, honeyed bottle-age bouquet, the "flor" of fino unmistakably yet subtly reminiscent of verdelho madeira, amoroso or imagine a dry Sauternes; medium dry on the palate, soft rich yet not heavy, excellent acidity, perfect balance. M.B.
