Specimen CIGARETTE TAX: A quantity of sheets/part sheets of 100 (68) comprising small format imperforate 20 cigarettes, medium format rouletted 10 cigarettes (4 colours), 20 cigarettes (7 colours); large format rouletted 20 cigarettes (2 colours), 30 cigarettes (2) and 100 cigarettes. All have been variously overprinted "SPECIMEN" in black, blue and red (horizontally and diagonally). Some have been separated and reaffixed, whilst a few have been mutilated (by the American Bank Note Company) by pen cross. Generally fine.
