Lot Essay

Richter was a member of the Arts and Crafts Society and a decorative artist and furnishings designer who lectured at the Architectural Association. He was a pupil of Frank Brangwyn, R.A. and a medal winner at the Paris International Exhibition in 1900. He had one-man exhibitions at St. George's Gallery (1923) and The Leicester Galleries (1925)
