Tomlinson London on the silvered chapter ring with pierced blued hands, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds ring, ringed winding holes and calendar aperture, cherub-and-crown spandrels, the five ringed pillar movement with anchor escapement and inside countwheel strike on bell, the later concave-moulded case with rectangular trunk door with brass framed lenticle, the hood with brass-capped ¾-columns and foliate pierced-wood frieze fret; the movement circa 1700, case later
