etching, 1752, Hind's first state (of four), Robison's state D (of G) with Piranesi's address and price, from a contemporary Roman Edition, watermark single encircled Fleur-de-Lys surmounted by initials AMGS (Robison 21), with margins, the usual central vertical fold visible mainly from the reverse, with an extensive inscription in pen and brown ink in the lower margin, the remains of glue at the left sheet edge, a backed crease at the lower sheet edge, other minor defects
