the metal ground woven with a crimson and green silk pile, voided to reveal a metal ground, with large ogival palmettes and a pair of tulip heads, Ottoman, 17th century--25cm x 57cm (cut for a tunic, possibly for an image robe); a bocha of ice blue satin, worked in couched gilt threads with pomegranates and tulips on meandering stems, the borders similarly worked, (worn), Ottoman, 18th century--74cm x 78cm; and a tassled belt, the purple ground woven in gilt threads with boteh, flowersprays and stars, Morrocan, 19th century--17cm x 194cm (3)
