Maker's mark of Tiffany & Co., no. 858, the coffee pot and sugar bowl 550 Broadway, the cream jug Union Square, circa 1870
Comprising coffee pot, two-handled covered sugar bowl and cream jug, each baluster on short base, the sides chased with broad coiling ivy on finely matted ground, with beaded band above, with waisted neck engraved with monogram, the coffee pot with grotesque mask to the highly upraised spout and high arched loop handle, the hinged low domed cover with conforming ivy and topped by pinecone finial, the coffee pot 11in. (27.9cm.) high, gross weight 70oz. (3)
