Designed as a blue enamel and gold openwork tapering hoop, the front set with a line of graduated cushion-cut green and pink tourmaline, yellow, purple and blue sapphires, aquamarine, amethyst, peridot, garnet, green beryl and topaz, with circular and old European-cut diamond accents (enamel very slightly chipped), in a leather case signed Harvey & Gore, London, circa 1880
