Standing with bent arms against torso, possibly representing Kawaika, with a tableta on each side of the face painted in blue, yellow, black and red decorated with cornstalks and cloud motifs on the front and back, white case mask with triangular patterns, tube mouth, rectangular eyes, feathers on top, wearing, white kilt with red sash and blue armbands, torso painted red with black linear patterns and yellow shoulders, forearms and lower legs
