Shaped oblong, on four ball feet, the carved stepped hardstone body applied with two ropework borders, the top in the form of a see-saw enamelled in translucent red over dot and dash ground with chased rim, surmounted at either end with a carved hardstone turtle, the pivot with gadroon-mounted moonstone finials, marked on see-saw
