Sneek, circa 1670, maker's mark probably that of Dirk Jans Filensis (Voet, Friese, 624A)
Of tapering cylindrical form, the sides engraved with three medallions depicting religious scenes: the Last Supper, the Woman of Samaria, and two figures carrying a large grapevine symbolic of the Eucharist, enclosed in a strapwork cartouche with a band of scrolling foliage below rim, the base engraved with a merchant's mark and inscription WITS HENDRICKS * 1646, marked under base
