Of campana form, on spreading circular foot, with two leaf-clad reeded handles rising from bacchic head joins, the body engraved with an inscription Newcastle Upon Tyne 1817 Stewards Honble. W. N. Pomlett Mattm., Bell Esqr. Robt. Nickelson Esqr. within an applied laurel wreath, the other side with three horses, the domed cover with a calyx and bud finial, marked on base and bezel, also stamped RUNDELL BRIDGE ET RUNDELL AURIFICES REGIS ET PRINCIPIS WALLIAE LONDINI FECERUNT
