Urn-shaped on a spreading circular base chased with flutes and acanthus leaves, the lower body with chased vertical acanthus and a band of vitruvian scrolls, the upper half with applied swags of grapevines, both sides engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest within a laurel wreath, the rim applied with a frieze of scrolling grapevines on a matte background, with leaf-clad loop handles, the spool-form cover with a band of similar decoration and a calyx of acanthus leaves, both sides engraved with a coat-of-arms and a crest, surmounted by a bud finial, marked on base and bezel
