On four shell pad feet, with foliate scroll legs rising to a pierced apron of scrolls and keys, the pierced neck supporting a shaped-oval fluted basket with gadrooned rim engraved in the center with a coat-of-arms in a rocaille cartouche, the four multi-scroll leaf-clad branches each with circular similarly-decorated dishes engraved in the center with a crest and motto, with removable glass liners, marked on base, branches and dishes
