The baluster mottled brown stoneware body, on a spreading silver-mount foot with egg-and-dart band below a stiff-leaf border, the broad silver neck band engraved with moresque interlace, the hinged box engraved with flowers surmounted by an acorn thumbpiece, the domed cover chased with egg-and-darts with a turned finial, the hinged box engraved with monogram T*F over IG incuse, marked under cover and base
