Decorated en première-partie with acanthus scrolls, the arched case surmounted by a cockerel, with glazed enamelled dial above a relief decorated with Venus and Cupid, the movement signed Gaudron A Paris, on bun feet, the case stamped R numerous times, with later shaped rectangular plinth with conforming decoration
