13, with nickel-finished lever movement, 23 jewels, mono-metallic balance, precision regulator, the silvered matte dial with applied baton numerals, windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minute register and phases of the moon combined with date, dauphine hands, the circular case with round chronograph buttons in the band, extended downturned lugs, snap on back (no. 2779165, ref. 2499), together with an 18 carat gold Patek Philippe buckle, accompanied with a Patek Philippe presentation box, case, dial and movement signed.
