lithotint, 1896, on smooth, beige wove paper, a good, atmospheric impression, second state (of three), signed with the butterfly in pencil, one of about 10 impressions in this state (there were about 6 in the first state and about 12 lifetime impressions in the third state), with full (?) margins, pale light-staining, an unobtrusive, very skillfully repaired tear just affecting the image at left, otherwise in good condition, framed
