Modelled in the shape of a fan with a flat base, incised on the flat top surface with a scene of a fishing village, boat, arching trees and distant hills and incised on the sides with ten Chinese characters describing the spring landscape, covered overall in underglaze cobalt blue and by a transparent glaze with high sheen, the base unglazed
