FRANKLIN, BENJAMIN, Signer (Pennsylvania). Partly printed document signed ("B. Franklin" as endorsement), countersigned by Jonathan Hunter, n.p., 1 February 1756. 2 pages, oblong, 87 x 166 mm. (3½ x 6¾ in.), typographic border at left-hand edge, accomplished in 0anuscript, faint mat-burn. A sight draft to Franklin for the sum of £ 150, drawn on Tomlinson & Hanbury of London, "to account of the Right Honorable the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury for the Supply of the North-American Expedition." With a similar printed draft for £ 300, in favor of John Reynell, addressed to Franklin, dated Philadelphia, 20 October 1761, endorsed by Reynell on verso.
