Autograph manuscript leaf, n.p., dated 25 September 1891 [later pencilled note "1903], 1 page, 8vo, the page numbered at top by Clemens ("44"), bound at front of vol.1, a sheet comprising 13 lines (nine of which are lined through to delete) apparently from Twain's fulminations against Christian Science, "...It may be that her [Mary Baker Eddy's] context makes her meaning clear to the Trained Christian Scientist, but it does not to me...."
