A Territorial Battalion on Active Service in France
May 1916, converted from mainly Britains figures, repainted in semi-matt finish, depicting the London Scottish, 13th London Regiment, 56th London (Territorial) Division, 1915, with Battalion strength of five companies deployed as follows:
A Company. Riflemen providing covering fire.
B Company. Riflemen firing, one platoon charging.
C Company. Riflemen charging and moving in support
D Company. Riflemen moving up from reserve.
Companies A, B and C in steel helmets, and Company D in Kilmarnock bonnets.
Headquarters Company is depicted carrying out daily duties such as sick parade, clerical, band parade and fatigues.The Battalion Transport comprises twenty-three items of horse-drawn vehicles, and heavy support includes trench mortar and machine guns (G-E, sd, some parts missing); with three wooden labelled boxes (666)
