Of hexagonal form, the finial composed of an applied silver rectangle with coral decoration and black onyx ring, stamped 014, the box supported by three coral feet decorated with a strapwork design with coral inlay, the gilded interiors stamped 8, the box stamped with French silver poinçons, the bottom's exterior stamped CARTIER
