In the Regency style; shaped oval, on four paw feet with acanthus and foliate joins, the sides fluted and with waisted rim, the open tubular handles with acanthus joins, the shaped rectangular cover chased with swirling flutes, surmounting a leaf-clad tubular handle, marked under base--length over handles 11¾in. long
