THREE SILVER-MOUNTED LETTER OPENERS
TWO BY GORHAM MFG. CO., PROVIDENCE, ONE BRONZE
The first bronze with shaped flat handle, inlaid with silver medallions in the Homeric style, marked AURORA, the second with ivory blade carved with foliage and mounted with silver foliate Martelé handle, the third silver in Gothic revival style with a cast figure of a knight holding a shield within a gothic arch, apparently unmarked--the longest 10 3/4in.
