John Golden, born September 1735 outside Cantwell's Bridge, Odessa, Delaware, was the son of Abraham and Johanna Golden, and the husband of Sarah Janvier. Sarah Janvier, born October 1740, was the sister of Odessa cabinetmaker John Janvier, Sr.
