A CLASSICAL CARVED AND GILT-PAINTED PIER MIRROR
PHILADELPHIA, 1820-1830

The ring-turned and acanthus-carved pediment above a frieze embellished with scalloped carved shell over a rectangular frame enclosing rectangular glass flanked by ring-turned and acanthus-carved balusters on square corner blocks embellished with floral medallions --60½ x 31½in.
