The rectangular marble top with thumbmolded edges above a conforming apron embellished with applied ormolu medallions depicting Classical figures over a brass band-inlaid edge over marble columns with brass capitals and bases and mirrored back flanked by marble pilasters with rosewood capitals and marble bases supported by a platform base with pierced brass band-inlay on gilded and acanthus-carved animal feet (signed in chalk under marble NH)--37in. high 42in. wide, 18in. deep
