Tasting note : tasted by our New York specialist Per Holmberg in Beaune in July 2001, this wine was dark yellow in colour. The nose evolved rapidly after pouring to show complex, bottle-aged aromas of real interest. The palate was full-bodied and richly textured, the acidity absorbed, the finish medium long and smooth.
