NINE MEZCALA STONE OBJECTS, Guerrero, Mexico, c. 100-300 B.C.; five stone figures each with minimally carved geometric features of circular indentations and one pierced completely through stone, traces of red pigment on one celt and lastly, one celt missing eyes completely; four ear spools, each of basic ring form with variations in shape, the smallest is flat, the largest doughnut like, one is rotund and the last with flaring form. Color of stone varies from light gray to darker mottled green-color to dark grays, with some mottling of surface-1½in. to 3½in. (3.7cm. to 8.8cm.) high (9)
